These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Creator," or "Subscriber") and ViralReels AI("Platform," "we," "our"). By creating an account, authenticating via Google OAuth, purchasing a plan, or uploading media, you agree to comply with all terms stated herein.

ViralReels AI provides automated speech transcription, computer vision reframing (16:9 to 9:16 vertical video), AI hook detection, animated subtitle generation, and cloud rendering services. Services are accessible through web browsers and authorized API endpoints.

You own 100% of your source footage and output clips. We claim zero ownership or copyright over the media you upload or generate.

Clips rendered on paid tiers (Creator Pro, Agency Elite, Lifetime VIP) include unrestricted commercial monetization rights across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and advertising campaigns.

• Processing Quota: Processing minutes are allocated monthly or annually based on your selected plan. Quota is consumed based on source video duration (1 minute source video = 1 minute quota). YouTube URL ingestion receives an accelerated discount ratio.
• Cancellation: You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time via your billing portal. Your benefits remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• No Accidental Double Subscriptions: The platform restricts active subscribers from duplicating current tier purchases. Upgrades apply immediately with proportional minute allocations.

You agree NOT to use ViralReels AI to:

• Process abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, or unlawful content.
• Violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overwhelm the cloud rendering infrastructure.
